Since its launch in the summer of 2000, Fidelity Homes, a family owned and operated business, has enjoyed resounding success, with impressive sales numbers, satisfied customers, and local and national recognition from the homebuilding industry.

The company's high standards were evident in its first venture - The Villas at Bobcat Trail in North Port. Fidelity Homes took over the community from a failed builder and sold out the remaining homes ahead of schedule.

Fidelity's early success led the national magazine Professional Builder, to highlight the startup company in a year long series of articles entitled "From the Ground up."

CHANGING THE FACE OF SARASOTA

With its winning formula, Fidelity found opportunities in revitalization efforts in downtown Sarasota. In 2001, Fidelity Homes launched The Renaissance Collection, luxurious custom homes reminiscent of Addison Mizner's Mediterranean concept and built in Sarasota's historic downtown district

The company recently sold the remaining 22 homes in The Venice Golf and Country Club, a private community of single family homes within 460 acres of woodlands, waterways and fairways in Venice, Florida.

Fidelity Homes has been honored both inside and outside the homebuilding industry, including awards such as Florida Homebuilder Aurora Award and Parade of Homes honors.
